About Carson
Carson recently graduated from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California, with a degree in Accounting. He originally began his college career studying Data Science and Computer Science, developing a strong foundation in data analysis, analytics, and programming with Python and R.
A member of the Vanguard Men’s Basketball team, Carson has one year of athletic eligibility remaining and will begin pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology this fall. He also plans to sit for the CPA exam when eligible.
As he begins his career in public accounting, Carson is focused on learning as much as possible and building a strong foundation in the processes and disciplines that drive excellent client service. He approaches his work with a thorough, methodical mindset and strives to be approachable and easy to work with.
Four Things We Bet You Didn’t Know…
- I played the piano growing and participated in competitions, and I plan to start playing more again.
- I had the opportunity to live in Hawaii (Honolulu) for my first two years of undergrad
- Thai food is my favorite cuisine, and I could eat it every day if I had to
- I enjoy listening to oldies music (70s and 80s) and my favorite band from that time is America

Outside of work, Carson enjoys staying active and making the most of his time outdoors. A former collegiate basketball player, he enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, and traveling whenever he gets the opportunity. Having lived in both Hawaii and Southern California, he has developed an appreciation for beach days and an active outdoor lifestyle. He also enjoys discovering new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
