“Accounting transforms uncertainty into certainty. Every number has a place, every answer is verifiable, and clarity always prevails.”
About Dan
For 14 years, Dan has been bringing precision and creativity to the accounting world. Known for his sharp eye and inventive mindset, he’s a problem-solver who transforms financial complexity into clarity. With experience across public accounting, tech, e-commerce, manufacturing, and non-profits, Dan thrives on breaking down intricate problems and building efficient, scalable solutions.
Dan’s love for accounting began with his aversion to ambiguity. Open-ended writing prompts were never his jam. Numbers, however, made perfect sense. They were structured, logical, and, when done right, indisputably balanced. Dan began his career in non-profit operational accounting, then pivoted to audit as a way to upskill. But it didn’t take long for him to realize he wanted to do more than observe and assess; he wanted to solve. That insight led him into hands-on roles where he could roll up his sleeves and make a tangible impact.
At Primetrics, Dan is deeply committed to understanding the financial health of each client’s business. Specializing in process improvements, project management, and internal controls, he’s known for tackling unique challenges with precision. Whether he’s reviewing client financials, developing better processes, or helping untangle a multi-layered contract, Dan brings both rigor and a touch of wit to the task. His dedication to delivering customized solutions makes him a trusted partner for every organization he works with.
With a degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon, his education laid the foundation for his expertise, but it’s his obsession with detail and his refusal to cut corners that truly set him apart in overcoming even the trickiest of accounting challenges.

Off Ledger
Off Ledger
For Dan, life outside of work is a combination of three things: going to the gym, learning about dogs while raising one (training, behavior, and spending quality time with her), and home improvement projects (he and his wife are new homeowners!).
