Haris also excels in creating systems that help businesses stay organized, compliant, and set up for long-term success.
 
Haris’ accounting career wasn’t planned. Having started in engineering, a single accounting class was all it took to inspire a full pivot. This change led him to Portland State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus on accounting.
 
He cut his teeth as an intern at a mid-sized accounting firm, navigating the high-stakes world of tax compliance. There, he honed his skills at juggling tight deadlines and complex client needs. And before all of that? Haris was putting in hard work as part of his father’s construction crew, learning the values of grit, determination, and quality craftsmanship. Those lessons still serve him well today, whether he’s building solid financial frameworks or assembling a tent during one of his many camping trips.
