About Tommy
After nearly a decade immersed in the creative world as a graphic designer, Tommy uncovered a passion for accounting. With a growing fascination for numbers, systems, and the structure behind business success, he leaped into accounting and hasn’t looked back. Now, he’s pursuing a post-baccalaureate certificate in accounting with plans to sit for the CPA exam, all while learning the ropes hands-on at Primetrics.
As our new Staff Accountant Intern, Tommy is diving into transactional tasks like journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. He’s also getting up to speed with cloud-based accounting tools and gaining real-time insight from our seasoned team, where he will be absorbing as much information as possible, bringing his unique lens to each task.
What makes Tommy stand out is the way he sees people. Over the years, he’s learned that every role, every industry, has taught him something about how people work, grow, and succeed together. His approach to accounting is grounded in empathy and understanding, qualities that guide him in helping others reach their goals.
